The Brisbane composer and musician is excited to announce a debut album and release show for his latest and most ambitious project, The Luke Cuerel Orchestra. Fusing jazz, classical and electronic influences, the album features a selection of Luke’s compositions for a large ensemble including strings, winds, brass, harp, drums, bass, keys and electronics. Composed from late 2017 to earlier this year, inspired by Luke’s friends, family and surroundings. The album is released through Made Now Music, Brisbane’s leading label for experimental music.
