Cameron Bower

Cameron bower is a unique voice amongst the Australian cultural landscape. As a guitarist, pianist, composer and educator he has a way for bringing seemingly disparate musics together in a cohesive, welcoming and honest way. With a passion for making music that is not bound by genre, Cam is able to cultivate a music that is genuinely unique to him and, as a result, has established himself as a chameleon amongst an array of various creative projects. Whether it be with Rock projects Big Dead, milk buttons or in his jazz ensemble Cowbird, Cam’s presence and personal style is woven seamlessly into the music. In his debut solo record “Iceberg” (released through Made Now Music) we hear what is possible when these musical worlds collide, slow down and have time to expand, contract and just be.
